There are many lodging and camping options within 20 minutes to an hour from the Ghost Ranch, but if you want to rent cottages or dorms right there on site you should make reservations with them immediately after you purchase your ticket to attend:

The representatives of any herbal school can write and ask for a special
Herbal Schools Discount of a full 30% off the ticket price for 6 or more currently enrolled students, purchased within 72 hours from the time
the custom discount code is issued.

Ticket Refund Policy
If you are no longer wishing to participate for any reason, your options are to:
1. Donate your ticket to a needing and grateful Scholarship applicant
2. Transfer your ticket to the following year, free of any price increases
3. Give or Sell your ticket to the person of your choice and we’ll transfer it
4. Or receive a refund anytime prior to the cutoff date of August 15th
(minus the non-refundable deposit and ticket seller’s processing fee)
