SCHEDULE of ACTIVITIES

SATURDAY AUG. 16th ARRIVAL DAY
& Lodging Check-In

We recommend that you plan to arrive on-site or in the area no later than the afternoon of Saturday August 16th, so that you have plenty of time to check-in to your Ghost Ranch or off-site lodging and are able to get some rest prior to the Sunday morning registration rush.

SUNDAY AUG. 17th MORNING CONFLUENCE REGISTRATION 

Everyone must sign-in and pick up their name tags at the Confluence Registration table prior to attending any classes.  

The main Registration/Sign-In period starts at 

8:00 am Sunday August 17th

in the Lower Pavilion near the Healer’s Market vendor tables.  

Sign-in remains open all day Sunday through Tuesday, so it’s no problem if you need to arrive later.

YOUR CONFLUENCE CLASSES

Enjoy over 100 day and evening classes over the course of this 4-day event, 

with each being between 75 & 130 minutes in length, & with 4-5 different class topics to choose from in each of the many time slots.

Sunday through Wednesday, with bonus Thursday classes off-site.

Everyone is encouraged to gather for Wolf’s Group Welcome, important event updates and announcements, and an acknowledgment of your many wonderful teachers:

7:00 – 8:15 pm Sunday

followed at 8:30 pm by your initial 5 evening class sessions

THE HEALER’S MARKET

The Lower Pavilion building will be host to our busy daily Healers Market.  Your teachers will have tables there showcasing their herbal products and providing information on their schools and services, along with other vendors offering their lovely arts and remedies for sale.

Sunday though Wednesday –– 7:30 am – 11:30 pm

LODGING & MEALS

TThe Ghost Ranch offers a number of private cottages, inexpensive dorm rooms, RV and tent camping spaces ––– but we’ve been warned they fill up fast, so be sure to reserve yours ASAP if you’re interested.  Ghost Ranch also offers daily buffet meals for anyone desiring.  

You additionally have off-site lodging options, ranging from free primitive tent or car camping in the nearby National Forest and private RV campgrounds to the region’s better appointed hotels, cabins and VRBO homes.

KID’S VILLAGE & ACTIVITIES

Children are a vital element of this community and event, bring yours if you possibly can!  Rain McCue will again be organizing special kid’s classes –– with times and topics to be listed in the final Class Schedule.

THURSDAY DEPARTURE & BONUS CLASSES

the Confluence concludes after the big dance party Wednesday night.  

Sunday is your return travel day, although you are encouraged to participate in the scheduled post-event experiences including Logan Keister’s S.W. herbs and wildcrafting ethics Plant Walk, or just to stick around the area to explore its truly amazing high desert flora, trippy landscapes and archaeological sites.
